At Elena Liga PMU Studio, we are committed to providing a high-end experience, clear communication, and exceptional artistry.
The following policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and the best experience for every client.
Please review all policies carefully before booking your appointment.
General Information
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services.
For safety reasons, we do not perform procedures on clients under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances. In such cases, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit of $100 per procedure will be required to schedule a future appointment.
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. In most cases, the initial procedure is followed by a touch-up appointment within approximately 1.5 to 4 months. In some cases, an additional touch-up may be recommended depending on how the skin heals and retains pigment.
Touch-ups are available only for clients who completed their initial procedure at Elena Liga PMU Studio.
Permanent makeup results are individual and cannot be guaranteed. Healing outcomes vary from client to client and are influenced by many factors, including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, medical history, medications, lifestyle, immune response, and adherence to pre-care and aftercare instructions. Because of this, the final healed result should be assessed only after the touch-up appointment.
These policies apply to all services, consultations, and touch-up appointments.

Booking, Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 per procedure is required in order to reserve an appointment.
All deposits are applied toward the total balance due on the day of the scheduled service.
All services, deposits, and payments made to Elena Liga PMU Studio are final and non-refundable. By reserving an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Personal and business checks are not accepted.
Prices, services, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a payment, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Elena Liga PMU Studio to resolve the matter.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Policies.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans may occasionally change. In order to maintain fairness to all clients and protect the time reserved exclusively for each appointment, the following policies apply.
All requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. When timely notice is provided, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Any request to cancel or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If a client cancels or reschedules on the day of the appointment, the deposit will also be forfeited.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling request, including but not limited to illness, weather, traffic, parking issues, work conflicts, childcare issues, travel delays, flight changes, or emergencies. A new deposit of $100 per procedure will be required in order to reserve a new appointment.
If a client is scheduled for multiple services on the same day and chooses to cancel or reschedule one or more of those services less than 48 hours before the appointment, or on the day of the appointment, the deposit for the affected service(s) will be forfeited.
In the event of a no-show, all deposits will be forfeited.
Consultation appointments are also reserved exclusively in advance. If a consultation is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, or on the day of the appointment, the consultation deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated Rescheduling
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively and often requested by other clients, appointments may be rescheduled no more than two times.
If a third rescheduling request is made, a 50% prepayment of the full procedure cost will be required in order to keep and move the appointment to a new date.
If the appointment is rescheduled again after that, full payment in advance will be required to reserve any future appointment.
This policy applies without exception.
Client Responsibility & Eligibility
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all pre-appointment instructions, consent forms, and contraindication information prior to their visit.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding medical history, medications, skin conditions, previous permanent makeup, and any other factors that may affect the safety or outcome of the procedure.
Elena Liga PMU Studio reserves the right to decline, postpone, cancel, or discontinue a procedure if:
• the client presents with a contraindication,
• important medical or procedural information was not disclosed in advance,
• pre-care instructions were not followed,
• the artist determines that proceeding would not be in the client’s best interest, or
• the procedure cannot be performed safely or to the studio’s professional standard.
In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
Studio Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional environment for every client and team member.
Rude, aggressive, abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward the artist or studio staff will not be tolerated. Elena Liga PMU Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
In such cases, any deposit or payment made for the scheduled service(s) will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Results & Healing Disclaimer
Permanent makeup is both an aesthetic and skin-based procedure, and healed results will vary from person to person.
Elena Liga PMU Studio does not guarantee a specific healed result, pigment retention level, color result, or healing outcome. Certain skin types — including oily, sensitive, mature, scarred, or previously treated skin — may retain pigment differently and may require additional maintenance or touch-ups.
By scheduling a service, the client acknowledges that:
• the healing process is individual,
• the final result cannot be judged immediately after the initial appointment,
• additional touch-up work may be necessary, and
• no refund will be issued based on personal preference, healed result variability, or differences in pigment retention.
Medical & Liability Disclaimer
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure and not a medical service.
By booking and receiving services, the client acknowledges that all procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, pigment migration, uneven healing, and unsatisfactory results.
The client accepts full responsibility for any potential outcomes and releases Elena Liga PMU Studio and its representatives from any liability related to the procedure, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and results.
By booking a service, the client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Elena Liga PMU Studio.
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in poor healing, pigment loss, or complications, for which the studio is not responsible.
Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All content, including but not limited to photos, videos, training materials, techniques, and educational resources created by Elena Liga PMU Studio, is the intellectual property of the studio.
Any unauthorized recording, copying, distribution, or sharing of this content is strictly prohibited.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with Elena Liga PMU Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
1. They have read, understood, and accepted all current Terms & Policies.
2. They understand that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. They understand that permanent makeup results are not guaranteed and that healing varies by individual.
4. They agree to provide complete and truthful information on all required forms.
5. They agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by the studio.
6. They understand that failure to follow studio policies or instructions may result in cancellation of the appointment without refund.
7. They understand that Elena Liga PMU Studio reserves the right to refuse service whenever necessary for safety, professional judgment, policy enforcement, or studio standards.
These policies apply to all services, consultations, and touch-up appointments.
These Terms & Policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
