I’m Elena Kaligina, Head Artist & Educator at ElenaLiga PMU Studio.
🎓 My journey in permanent makeup began in 2018. Since then, I’ve completed more than 24 advanced trainings across Russia and Europe, building a foundation of deep artistic and technical knowledge. With a degree in arts and years of practice, I transformed my passion into my profession.
💌 What inspires me most are my clients — real stories, real smiles, and 5-star results. Each procedure is not only about beauty, but about confidence and harmony.

🌟 Over the years, I’ve created my own signature technique — Lifting Eyeshadow, a non-surgical PMU procedure designed for every eye shape. This innovation has been recognized on both national and international stages.

🏆 I’m proud to be the U.S. Champion in Shaded Eyeliner and 1st Place Winner at WULOP USA, the most prestigious PMU championship.
I’ve also spoken and judged at major global conferences including Vegas PMU Conference and Worlds 2024, where I presented my technique to artists worldwide.
